Cross Creek Medical is an office-based general medical care provider located in Tallahassee, Florida. We offer an array of services ranging from common ailment treatments to chronic disease management.
Our medical facility is headed by Dr. Wayne Sampson, a doctor of internal medicine. Under his leadership, we provide remarkable medical services backed by outstanding care.

Dr. Sampson received his training in Internal Medicine at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. His training prepared him for a deep understanding of acute and chronic medical ailments affecting adults. He is well-versed in the treatment of common chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, congestive heart failure, and various forms of arthritis.
Dr. Sampson began his medical practice in Tallahassee in 1996. Over the years, he has worked in various medical settings, such as community clinics, hospital urgent care, and hospital inpatient care. He has also provided medical care to nursing home residents. In 2006, he opened his private medical practice, Cross Creek Medical Pa.
He is an active member of the National Medical Association, and he co-founded a nonprofit organization that provides medical care to the medically underserved communities in Guyana and Jamaica.
Dr. Sampson is married and a proud father of four children.
